Shipping & Return

In the UK, we use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class services as standard for domestic orders. In the US, we use UPS with multiple speed options.

Customers have a 14-day window upon receiving the item to return it in its original, unopened packaging, particularly for hygienic reasons. Additionally, the company won't be liable or issue refunds for late deliveries or if a product, like Plane Pal, is declined by a third party. Please refer to our full refund policy!

Don’t bother for an under 3!

Recently purchased a medium pack for a long flight with an 18 month old. Website asked for his age to ensure he got the most appropriate items. Out of 6 items, 4 of them had warnings of not for use under 3 years old and were totally inappropriate for a toddler! All we had left were 2 books.
Customer services offered me a very tight refund of 20%. For the cost of this pack I was very very disappointed with its contents.

Poor value for the cost

I ordered this for my granddaughter a long haul journey we will be taking soon. It seems to be very poor value for the cost of the pack and I will not be buying another as I realise now I could have put a similar pack together for less than half the price.

Fabulous aid for flying with toddlers

This was great! Easy to take in hand luggage not too heavy. Took a couple of minutes to inflate and provided instant bed. Even just having that space filled helped him to reach the TV screen so he could chose TV and play the games. He slept on the flight easily and that made the journey much more bearable! Would definitely recommend.

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to my son having this for our holiday plane trip but sadly two of the items were unuseable. A wipe clean writing book with no felt pen. And an item that was recommended for 6 year old which was not appealing to a 3 year old. Felt like it was therefore very poor value. I received quick replies to my emails stating concern but only resolution provided after a second email was a 5% refund- £1.14!! And there are no snacks included in the packs- I was told this has discontinued.

I had high expectations after reading reviews but unfortunately I’m disappointed with my purchase. The pack is advertised on the website advising that 2 snacks are included. When it arrived there were no snacks in the package. I contacted customer services who stated they are no longer supplying snacks and that they hadn’t updated their website and offered me 5% off my next purchase. This didn’t suffice as I’d paid the price I did based on the pack coming with snacks. I asked to return the item or be provided with an additional item sent FOC to replace the snacks. I received the item today and it’s a cheap yo-yo. I feel this isn’t equivalent to the price of what the snacks would be. Overall, I feel the items included in the pack are not worth the money and I wish I’d just purchased the items myself from a local retail. It’s a shame as I like to support small businesses and I wouldn’t have left this review if a suitable additional item would have been sent. Also the fact I was only offered 5% off my next order and I had to ask for an additional item is disappointing.
