Please note that sometimes circumstances beyond our control impact delivery dates. Rest assured, we will always keep you up to date with the progress of your order and always dispatch products as soon as they arrive. 

In the UK, we use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class services as standard for domestic orders. In the US, we use UPS with multiple speed options.

Customers have a 14-day window upon receiving the item to return it in its original, unopened packaging, particularly for hygienic reasons.
