Recently purchased a medium pack for a long flight with an 18 month old. Website asked for his age to ensure he got the most appropriate items. Out of 6 items, 4 of them had warnings of not for use under 3 years old and were totally inappropriate for a toddler! All we had left were 2 books.
Customer services offered me a very tight refund of 20%. For the cost of this pack I was very very disappointed with its contents.
