Keepemquiet's refund policy primarily covers instances where items are missing, damaged, or faulty, though refunds or exchanges may occur under rare circumstances, such as mistakes made by the company. Customers have a 14-day window upon receiving the item to return it in its original, unopened packaging, particularly for hygienic reasons. Additionally, the company won't be liable or issue refunds for late deliveries or if a product, like Plane Pal, is declined by a third party. Please refer to our full refund policy!

No. If you feel your child would benefit from the items in an age bracket higher than their age (for example you have a 2yr old but feel they are advanced or would prefer a pack designed for older children, it's at your discretion to purchase a 3-5yr pack). Our age titles are ONLY a guide as to what we believe children of that specific age would like. We must stress that if you purchase an older age pack for a younger child, this is entirely at your discretion and parental supervision is ALWAYS advised.

The age brackets for packs are for guide purposes only and are simply our recommendation. Some items have age recommendations for safety - we will include items such as crayons, sticker books, activity packs inside as with parental supervision we feel these are safe. If you wish not to have these in your packs please let us know. Please ALWAYS use parental supervision with any pack you purchase from us, never leave your child alone with any toy or snack - we cannot stress this enough. You can go ahead and checkout, then please make sure the desired shipping address and contact name is inputted as the shipping address you intend the pack to go to.

You can add a Return pack to your cart at checkout, a pop-up box will prompt you. The Return pack will contain different items to your original 'outbound' pack. When adding a 'Return' pack we will send 1 blue rucksack with the order. The 'Return' items will be put into a plastic sleeve you can slip into your outgoing rucksack for your journey home. The 'Return' items will be different to your outgoing pack!

We use Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class services as standard for domestic orders - we also use an array of couriers. You should receive your parcel within an estimated 1-2 working days of us sending it out if sent via Royal Mail 24 or an estimated 2-4 working days if sent via Royal Mail 48 - according to Royal Mail. We also use a range of couriers for larger orders - the delivery times are an estimate only and more info can be seen on our Delivery & Returns page. KeepEmQuiet cannot be responsible for delays in postage! Please be aware if you order after 1pm on a weekday, your order will be sent out the following working day barring any other delays - lookout for a notice on our site if we are experiencing delays. Orders placed on a weekend or a bank holiday will be sent out the next working day.
